FUN FACT: Meats roasted in our Tandoor Clay Oven taste absolutely delish!
First we have here is Chicken Seekh Kebabs! Inspired from the city of kebabs: Lucknow, India. (Chef Dilip Maurya's hometown!)
Ground chicken, masalas, spices then roasted on a thin long metal rod in a Tandoor clay oven. Served with fresh-squeezed lemon, "lachedar" onions, and mint chutney.
Next we have here is tender Tandoori Fish! Marinated with curd, masalas + more then roasted in our Tandoor Clay oven.
